Cap Cana, located 10 minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport and which is developed on an area of approximately 120 million square meters in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic, is characterized by being a tourist and real estate community that integrates luxury, exclusivity and security to guests and owners.
For its part, this area includes three miles of white sand beaches, with a marina just minutes from the best fishing port in the world, Punta Espada, designed by Jack Nicklaus. It is served by the Heritage School Cap Cana school district, which offers education from childhood to grade 12, and UNIBE University for higher educational programs. The complex also consists of spas, five-star hotels, gourmet restaurants, gyms, a convention center and adventure parks.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Vista Golf will include the construction of two buildings of six (6) levels plus a terrace level each with
(8) apartment units with their respective elevator per building.
The project has a type of building and a design that responds to a luxury contemporary architectural
criterion, with a marked inclination towards the modernist style.
In the buildings there is one type of apartment (Type A) located from the first level to the fifth level
and two types of apartments on the sixth level (Type B and C). The parking area has: 126 spaces in
total, of which 56 are covered and 70 are unroofed. 30 positions will be allocated for visitors.
