Gold Reef Terraform will have 48 units divided into 4 3-level buildings with elevators, for a total of 12 apartments per building. It is located just behind Almacenes Unidos (a shopping plaza where a wide range of products from nationally and internationally recognized brands are found).

It's interesting how we started this Gold Reef Terraform project. The opportunity to purchase land arose and we saw that there were many lots available in the area. We recognized the potential and growth of the area, so we decided to acquire it. The project was launched in June and more than 25 apartments were sold in two months. After the good reception from investors, we had the idea of buying the adjacent land, as we already did with Gold Reef 1 and 2. However, they were all already sold, which indicates that this entire area will be developed a lot, increasing its value, and the apartments will have a large capital gain in the coming years.

The apartments have a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking, laundry area, terrace or patio in the first level apartments, balcony in the second level apartments and a large terrace that is accessed by a spiral staircase in the third level apartments. A jacuzzi could be added to both the terrace of the apartments on the first and third floors, since the pre-installation would already be done.

Our apartments have the best quality materials, all imported from Europe. Nothing prefabricated, everything concrete. We have rectified porcelain floors, all the doors and wood in the apartment are made of melamine (same line as the wood but cooler), modular kitchen, polished granite countertops, aluminum windows and cabinets. Our balconies have sliding glass. The exteriors are covered with coral stone, which absorbs moisture and does not allow it to enter the apartment. It has the peculiarity that, even if it receives a lot of sun, you can walk barefoot on it without getting burned.

Gold Reef Terraform has 2 adult pools, 2 children's pools, 2 play areas and a fully equipped gym.
